Featured in MedTech Innovator: Theta Selected for 2026 Accelerator Cohort and Inaugural MTI Index
We're proud to be one of 65 companies selected for MedTech Innovator's 2026 Accelerator Cohort, representing the top 4% of 1,835 global applicants. The cohort also forms the inaugural MTI Index, a new benchmark designed to track the growth, survival, and commercial traction of vetted medtech companies for investors, health systems, and media. Theta Neurotech was selected in the Neurotech category alongside nine other companies working at the frontier of brain and nervous system technology.
Over the next four months, we'll participate in MTI's flagship program, joining the cohort kickoff at the Innovator Summit in San Francisco on June 2-4, presenting at Wilson Sonsini's Medical Device Digital Health Conference, and competing for a share of $800,000 in funding at showcases in Boston and San Diego this fall. MTI alumni have collectively raised $12 billion in follow-on funding and brought over 500 products to market, and we're grateful for the chance to learn from that ecosystem as we move toward our Phase I pilot study.
